Strays (2023) Hindi 720p BluRay: LIKES:The Soundtrack: -I’m a sucker for a good soundtrack, and the musical director really brings the ball home on this one for me.-The rap attitude comes with the theme of the streets, alongside the goal of the journey home. Burying us in the familiar beats, thumps, and rhythm of the high point of the genre.-Yet, the breaks from the theme help further give us some diversity and are executed at the right times to further add some comedy to the movie. Even if dark, it’s clever and had many in my theater laughing.The Message: -Oh geez, a message in a comedy, how lame? That might be said in my reviews, especially in movies where you just want to laugh.-Well… those that like that aspect to give more to the laughs get a treat on this one, because there is surprisingly some more of that heart strings tugging tales in this feature.-Strays does not cross into the uber depressing story, but by the end of the film, I was ready to save every dog I could from the cruelty of the world.
