StoryLine:
The drug war on the U.S.-Mexico border has escalated as the cartels begin trafficking terrorists across the border. To combat the war, federal agent Matt Graver re-teams with the mercurial Alejandro to escalate the conflict and destabilize the cartels by kidnapping a kingpin’s daughter.
