StoryLine:
Derick Abraham, a fiery and dutiful police officer, continues to be the best officer until his brother Philip Abraham gets arrested for false murder charges. Will he be able to investigate the case and serve justice to his brother?
The film lives up-to expectations. When Shaji Padoor’s excellent direction met Haneef Adeni’s impressive writing, it gave away to a magnificent return of Megastar Mammootty to Malayalam cinema. The neatly paced thriller flick also reward the audience with good story. Certain portions were dramatic and lacked clarity. However, the massive screen presence of Mammootty make the negatives shoo away. AS is not one of the best Malayalam thriller movies but the director’s unique approach and stylish presentation deserves a one time watch.
